We needed creamer actually for our coffee I had called like four several times and I told him I wanted the half-and-half creamer, but I kept on getting the powdered creamer which was horrible.

They keep on blaming that on Covid like get over it. No coffee pot no bath robes nothing special I called for the coffee pot. The room itself was beautiful but there was no amenities. I was pretty much fuming my husband had no idea because it was supposed to be a surprise so when he went down to the casino I called and the order was never placed.

Upon arrival since our room was comped, we upgraded to the king suite for 200$ so we check in there’s no balloons there’s no apple cider.
